We help tie up all the loose ends, coordinate logistics, communicate with vendors, and oversee the flow of the wedding day from start to finish. Through unlimited meetings via Zoom or in person, we take the time to understand your vision and every important detail so your wedding day unfolds exactly as you imagined. We also assist with coordinating and guiding the wedding rehearsal to ensure everyone feels prepared and confident before the celebration begins.

Initial consultation with bride and groom
Ceremony planning & rehearsal
Prepare schedule/timeline and checklists
Final timeline will be prepared before the wedding day
Unlimited Zoom or in-person meetings: Finalization meetings to review all details.
