From sourcing and managing vendors to creating timelines, overseeing logistics, and coordinating every aspect of your celebration, we are with you from the initial vision to the final send-off. Package Includes:
Initial consultation with bride and groom
Unlimited phone and email availability
Unlimited Zoom and/or in-person meetings
We will assist in the process of researching, locating, negotiating, and booking vendors. We will schedule appointments and accompany with the vendor. Coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner. Ongoing updates and consultation regarding vendor services/products.
Budget Planning - Will assist in creating and understanding a budget
Ceremony Planning
Prepare schedule/timeline and checklists
Final timeline will be prepared before the wedding
Finalization meetings to review all details: The month of the wedding and the week prior to the wedding
